Seeding a Lawn

Saturday, September 29th, 2007

By Paul Burke When is the best time to seed? Spring and late summer are the two best times to seed your lawn. Newly seeded lawns require wet, cool conditions in order to be successful. These conditions occur in April and May and then again in late August and early September. Of the two, late summer, early fall is better to seed. By planting at this time the seed is able to take advantage of the wet, cool weather, lie dormant over winter and then take advantage of more moist cool weather in the spring. By doing this the turf grass will be well on its way to creating a healthy, strong root system more able to withstand the heat and dryness of summer. If you seed during the summer months, your newly planted turf will have a hard time establishing itself. Keeping the soil moist and cool is very difficult as well as expensive at this time of year. As the newly planted lawn struggles to survive, weeds will quickly move in and take advantage of any areas that are bare or thin. Preparing your site: By starting from scratch you have a unique opportunity to ensure everything is done correctly to minimize problems you may encounter when seeding. Grade your site to prevent water from moving towards your house foundation. Ensure your site is weed free before you begin seeding. By using a non-selective herbicide you ensure your site will be weed free. Any herbicide with glyphosate as the main ingredient will be effective. Ensure you follow the directions on the label before applying. By using a herbicide with glyphosate in it, you will see results usually within 7-10 days. These herbicides are adsorbed by the soil so there is little movement or leaching within the soil. They also break down in approximately two weeks. After this time period, seeding can begin. Ideally 6-10 inches of a good loamy topsoil is required for a good stand of turf grass. Unfortunately this is not always the case. If your soil is predominately clay it will be very difficult for water to saturate this type of soil. Amend this type of site by adding peat moss or a good quality screened topsoil. Once you are satisfied with the grade and composition of your site, rake the area with a good quality garden rake. This will break up any large clumps of soil. Your soil particle size should ideally be fine without being powdery. Remove any sticks or other debris from your site. By doing this you minimize your chances for fairy ring to develop in later years. Which seed is the right seed? When selecting a grass seed for your lawn you must take into account several factors. How much sun is present on your site? How much shade? What colour are you looking for? How much foot traffic will use your lawn? Generally speaking grass seed comes in a blend of 3-4 types. They are usually a blend of bluegrass, fescue, and ryegrass. By using the factors mentioned above, you will give your lawn a good chance to thrive. Grass seeds most commonly used: Kentucky Bluegrass Advantages 1: deep green colouration 2: grows by rhizomes, encouraging a thick stand of turf 3: over-winters well 4: resistant to many diseases e.g. Red Thread 5: many cultivars to choose from Disadvantages 1: slow to germinate (25-35 days) 2: does poorly in shade conditions (powdery mildew) 3: needs regular watering and fertilization Fine Fescue Advantages 1: does well in shady conditions 2: requires less watering and fertilization 3: over-winters extremely well Disadvantages 1: susceptible to Red Thread 2: slow to germinate (16-25 days) 3: does poorly in high traffic areas Perennial Rye Grass Advantages 1: germinates quickly ( 7-10 days) 2: resistant to diseases 3: good colour Disadvantages 1: does not over-winter well 2: does poorly in shade conditions 3: grows in bunches, not by rhizomes Generally speaking if you are seeding in a sunny area, look for a blend that is predominately bluegrass with a smaller percentage of fescue and rye grass. If you are seeding in a shady area, use a blend with a greater percentage of fescue. Seeding Advantages 1: cost, seeding a lawn cost far less compared to using sod 2: custom seeding, by seeding you are able to use different blends for different areas within your lawn, creating a healthier stand of turf Disadvantages time, generally speaking it takes 5-7 weeks for a newly seeded lawn to become established, during this time it is essential to keep the soil moist enjoyment, during this 5-7 week period you must ensure little or no foot traffic is present on your site weeds, a newly seeded lawn is a weeds best chance of establishing itself in your lawnOnce your site is prepared you are ready to seed. Although you can seed by hand, a good broadcast spreader will do a better, more even application. For best results do two applications of seed. Using half of your seed walk up and down to cover the entire site. Repeat this process in a perpendicular pattern to your first application. Your best bet for application rates is to follow the rates specified on the bag. A good rule of thumb to follow is 4-5 pounds of seed per 1000 square feet. Most spreaders will have some sort of application guideline on them. Try opening the spreader halfway and apply at a normal walking pace. Ideally you want to see 2-3 seeds per square inch. Choose a small test area and adjust your spreader until this number is achieved. Once you are finished seeding the site all you really have to do is keep the seed moist until germination. If you prefer you can lightly rake the seed into the soil for additional protection. By top-dressing with additional topsoil (approx. 1/4 inch) you will ensure a safe environment for the seed to germinate. The most important factor, however is to keep the seed MOIST. Water on a regular basis until the seed germinates. Generally 15-20 minutes per day will suffice. Water in the early morning or late evening to receive maximum benefit from your watering. Once your lawn has germinated, let it grow to a height of 3-4 inches before giving it its first cut. Usually this is after 4-5 weeks of growth. As stated before a newly planted lawn is an ideal environment for weeds to become established. Even your best effort in preparing your site does not guarantee weeds will not begin popping up. Weed seed can remain dormant for many years waiting for an opportunity to germinate. Weed seed may also be present in any topsoil you incorporate into your new site. Ensure your landscaper uses screened topsoil for your best chance of not having weeds germinate this way. By mowing on a regular basis you will deter new weed growth and your new lawn will eventually choke them out. If you wish to use a broad-leaf herbicide, follow all directions on the label. Wait for at least 5 cuts before using a herbicide. This is generally 4-6 weeks after your lawn has become established. As your new lawn continues to grow, monitor its progress. Over-seed and top-dress any areas that are not doing as well as the rest of the lawn. Generally speaking a new lawn will begin to look healthy, thick and vigorous within two years, so have a little patience. By using good cultural practices, mowing, watering, and fertilizing you will have a healthy lawn that requires little herbicide to remain weed free. A Monthly Marketing Plan - Tips for Hiring Someone to Develop One for Your Small Business

Thursday, September 27th, 2007

By Suzanne Lieurance Today many small business owners spend a large amount of their yearly budget for paid advertising to get the word out about their company’s products or services. But what many of these same small businesses fail to do is develop a monthly marketing plan that includes much more than just paid advertisements. If you’re a small business owner you probably spend most of your day running your business. You don’t have time to develop monthly marketing materials, even though you know they can be a VERY important part of promoting your company and acquiring new customers or clients. That’s okay. You don’t need to worry about finding the time for monthly marketing activities if you can simply hire someone to do that for you. Fortunately, there are many marketing companies available that would be glad to do so. Here are some tips for choosing the right company to develop your monthly marketing plan: 1. Look for a company that can devise a monthly marketing plan just for you. The plan that is developed should meet your company’s specific needs and not overwork your advertising budget. In fact, the plan should be a big boon to your paid advertisements in newspapers, magazines, TV, radio, etc. 2. Expect some regular contact with the company that is providing your monthly marketing plan. The company you hire to do your marketing will need regular updates about you and your business in order to continue writing powerful marketing tools that will promote your company. 3. To save money, help the company providing your marketing plan by making sure they have quality digital photos of you, your products, and other aspects of your business (instead of paying the company to obtain these photos for you). 4. Find a company that spends time getting to know “the essence” of you and your business and what you want to convey to the world about your products and/or services. If you have a mission statement, make sure those designing your marketing plan know and understand this statement so they can incorporate it into monthly promotional materials. 5. Look for a company that regularly meets with you to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing plan. It takes time for any kind of marketing plan to be effective, so don’t expect instant results. Still, you’ll want to spend time evaluating the effectiveness of the plan with the company that is providing it for you. Then you can revise or discontinue the plan if it doesn’t seem to be working. Take some time to compare the services and prices of various companies that can provide you with a monthly marketing plan. Then choose the company that seems to be the best “fit” for you. A good marketing plan should promote your business each and every month, and hiring someone to provide this for you can allow you to spend more of your time doing what you do best - running your company. Funeral Poems

Wednesday, September 26th, 2007

By Charles Sieger Funerals and the many customs associated with marking the passing of a loved one allow people to express sadness over their loss. During times of grief and change, people often turn to different forms of art to and to express their pain. Usually, a close friend or family member is asked to deliver a memorial speech, also called to honor the deceased. Today, a eulogy can take the form of a speech, a letter and even a poem. Writing a funeral poem as part of a eulogy, to display at the visitation or for your own comfort allows you to use the art of language to convey what youre feeling. Writing a funeral poem If you choose to write a funeral poem, decide first who the poem will be shared with. Will the poem be for your own personal use or will it be for a group of people sharing the loss of a loved one? If the poem is a private expression to help you address your own feelings, you can be more liberal in what you write. Private verses allow you to be completely open about how the deceaseds passing makes you feel. This personal type of poetry allows you to write about more intimate or private memories that you may not be comfortable sharing with others. Dont feel that you have to write what others want to hear just be honest in your writing and people will appreciate your thoughts and words. If youve decided to share your poem with others, be sure to consider the thoughts and feelings of others as you write. Gathering your thoughts After youve decided the purpose and audience of your poem, take some quiet time to let your thoughts flow. Think about the memories you have of your friend or family member your fondest times spent together, their personality, passions and life achievements. Dont feel hampered by rhyme structures or worry about your writing skills simply let the word come; a funeral poem that takes the form of a verse, a letter or a speech is perfectly suitable. Delivering a funeral poem Usually, a funeral poem is read during the If you choose to deliver your poem during the service, bring a copy of the poem to read from. Trying to memorize touching words while youre coping with a host of emotions is very difficult. It can be even harder to remember the words if your voice falters or if youre uncomfortable speaking in front of a group. Be sure to write legibly in large type and take some time to review the poem carefully several times. You may prefer not to read your poem aloud, but still share it with others. Consider writing out the poem and displaying it in a frame at the visitation. Many funeral homes offer memorial pamphlets to mourners. Heartfelt words can be a touching addition to any funeral program or pamphlet and are often kept as mementos. If youve chosen to write a funeral poem just for yourself you can preserve the poem in a frame on its own or behind a picture. Some families choose to place a memorial announcement in their local newspaper a year after the loved ones passing. This is another option if you feel more comfortable sharing your writing after some time has passed. Inspiration If youre not sure where to begin, we suggest reading a few of the classic poems below. Some of these poems are about loss and grieving and others are about honoring life. They can be used as inspiration, or can be read at the funeral if youre having difficulty putting your own thoughts into words. Do Not Stand at My Grave and Weep Mary Frye All is Well Henry Scott Holland Death, Be Not Proud John Donne The Tide Rises, The Tide Falls Henry Wadsworth Longfellow The Oak Alfred Lord Tennyson No Coward Soul is Mine Emily Bronte Remember Christina Rossetti A Parable of Immortality Henry Van Dyke Funeral poems are a very personal expression of your loss. While they can be touching and comforting for others to hear, thoughts and emotions can also be difficult to capture on paper. Talk to other people who were close to the departed if you need inspiration for your poem this will help inspire you and allow you to share your memories with others. Education vs Sales-Based Marketing

Sunday, September 23rd, 2007

By Simon Clarke The marketing paradigm that can literally make or break your coaching business Whats the single most important process determining whether or not your coaching business is successful? The correct answer to this question can completely change your coaching business forever. It can change your perception of your business. It can change your focus in your business. It can change how you go about operating your business. And most importantly, it can determine the success or otherwise of your business. We asked dozens of coaches this question and got a broad array of responses. But only 4% of them were even close to the mark! Most coaches answered: quality service; number of clients; pricing; branding; advertising copy. And whilst all these issues are critical, the single most important process is your marketing methodology. Whilst you must have all the other elements as well, its your marketing methodology that ultimately determines the success or otherwise of your business. Let us explain Nearly all coaches use a marketing methodology thats a sales-based marketing methodology. This is understandable as most traditional marketing methods teach sales-based marketing methods. Were all impacted by sales-based marketing at every turn on TV, newspapers, magazines, billboards, radio everywhere. And when coaches research marketing methods, they are most likely to learn about traditional sales-based marketing methodologies print ads (in newspapers, yellow pages, journals, magazines etc), direct telephone calls, radio, flyers, direct mail letters, etc. But there are several extremely powerful forces at play against coaches employing a sales-based marketing methodology Most coaches invariably feel uncomfortable delivering a sales pitch. Coaches generally have better technical skills than marketing skills. Theyre therefore uncomfortable talking about themselves and endorsing the quality of their product. This means they dont close, and comes across to prospects as a general lack of confidence in themselves, and their product and service. Sales marketing is extremely expensive narrowing your net margin on your service. The more you spend to get a client the less net profit youll retain at the end. Generally people are very sceptical and defensive against sales approaches. This exponentially increases the barrier of making a sale. When you employ a sales-based marketing method, most prospects have already closed themselves off to learning about your services due to their natural tendency to put up a defence against sales-based marketing. There is no trust and rapport built through a sales-based marketing approach. For a prospect to buy from you, there needs to be an element of trust. Your prospect needs to trust that you can deliver on your promises and that theyll gain a positive return on their investment. This level of trust is extremely difficult to build through a sales-based marketing approach. You build no reciprocal obligation on the prospect to investigate your offer or purchase from you. Its a natural human tendency to reciprocate in kind whats been given to you. You can not build reciprocal obligation through sales-based marketing. You attract price sensitive shoppers and tyre kickers that take up a lot of your time and result in extremely low conversion. Its difficult to maintain contact with prospects for long enough to build rapport and trust it generally takes 4 to 6 contacts before a prospect will buy from you. So, we can hear you shouting If sales-based marketing is not going to be effective, whats my alternative to get clients? And the answer is Education-based Marketing. Education-based marketing is simply the process by which you attract and convert highly-qualified clients by giving them what they want valuable information and advice that solves their problems - and removing what they dont want, a sales pitch. Education-based marketing is generally undertaken by delivering Credibility Marketing techniques such as public speaking, information based teleclasses, publications, networking, hotlines, free educational give aways (such as reports, assessments, tools, ecourses), etc. As opposed to sales-based marketing, education-based marketing means - You give your prospect what they really want highly valuable information. And you take away what they dont want a sales pitch. - You maintain your dignity and feel good about yourself as you never make an effort to sell. - Your brand recognition and respect will skyrocket! Education-based marketing is the ultimate brand builder. By positioning yourself as the expert or specialist by solving, through your education products, the most pressing issues your niche confronts. You become the only logical choice in your market. - You can establish yourself as a credible authority as prospects depend on you as a reliable source of valuable advice. - You significantly reduce your marketing costs and can in fact get paid to market yourself. This vastly compounds the net worth of every client you attract you can actually earn double the net profit with only half the clients! - You dont have to seek out new prospects prospects come to you (to have their problems solved). - You can maintain (mutually beneficial) contact with your prospects through the sales process because they dont feel pressured by a sales pitch and value your information and advice. - You reach prospects early during the first stages of their decision making process. - You attract moderately interested prospects that may otherwise be afraid to call you but are not afraid to request your information. - Due to the high level of trust and rapport built early on youll be perceived as an adviser, not a salesperson, making added-value sales dramatically easier. - You dramatically increase your referrals from prospects as they feel loyal to you due to a relationship built on trust and reciprocal obligation and your efforts to help them even if they dont hire you! And your referrals will come much earlier in your relationship. - You gain compounded advantage as your information is passed freely between prospects within your niche. - You gain a competitive advantage because not many competitors are using education-based marketing. - You achieve a highly leveraged advantage as you can put forward your marketing even when you are not present. - You save valuable time as you often are delivering your message directly to your most highly qualified target audience. As you can see, education-based marketing is the exact opposite to sales-based marketing, and can make an extraordinary difference to your business, and your enjoyment of doing business. So, ask yourself, How much education-based marketing am I currently doing? and How can I develop a marketing plan significantly comprised of education-based marketing methodologies? Components of Cottage Garden Landscaping

Sunday, September 23rd, 2007

By Caitlina Fuller A cottage garden is beautiful but it takes a lot of hard work and planning to end up with your dream garden. It is perhaps the very best option for anyone who enjoys a romantic looking garden and is willing to implement all of the cottage garden components and landscaping techniques in order to achieve the end result. Cottage gardens originally implemented some creative planting techniques in order to plant as many edible plants as possible in a very small area. However, cottage gardens were used not only to grow food but also for decoration because gardeners wanted to have a beautiful area. The result of edible plants and decorative plants combined resulted in the beautiful cottage garden we love today. If you are interested in planting a cottage garden of your own you can do so easily if you simply have a plan and follow your plan. You must consider what components are used in a cottage garden and how you can implement them. Things like paths made of interlocking pavers and walls made of vinyl fencing should all be made to appear as if they are just as old as the cottage. Otherwise it will be in distinct contrast to the cottage and your garden will not have that romantic feel. A rustic look is very important when it comes to cottage gardens. Lots of people have cottages that are recently constructed but made to look rustic and older. So, if you are creating a new cottage garden make sure the materials you use complement your cottage and blend in with the surroundings. When creating paths in your cottage garden use materials like local stones, cobbles, red brick, gravel, paving slabs, gravel, and other materials. Now, consider how old you want your garden to appear. Just because you are planting a cottage garden today does not mean that it has to look new. Instead you can use colors and plants to bring out an old fashioned look in your garden. There are lots of books and websites you can use as resources that will help you make your cottage garden look many years older than it really is. Some of the plants that are really perfect for a cottage garden include delphiniums, roses, honesty, geraniums, alius, peonies, carrots, buddleia, ornamental cabbage, corn, herbs like parsley, thyme, chives, dill, rosemary, and catmint. There are a lot of other components of cottage gardens and one of the most important ones is to plant miniature hedges around the different sections of the garden so that no matter what time of year it is the garden will look beautiful. Caitlina Fuller is a freelance writer. You must consider what components are used in a cottage garden and how you can implement them. What Is Freedom? (Part 1)

Friday, September 21st, 2007

By Carey Kinsolving “In some places without freedom, girls aren’t allowed to go to school,” says Haley, age 8. “The only people I can think of who would like that are the boys! Boys in our class torture us!” One time I asked a girl about the same age as Haley why God created boys. “So you could pester them. I love pestering boys,” she replied with a gleam in her eye that could only come from being truly skilled at her craft. While women who can’t attend school probably feel enslaved, others, like Erin, 6, define freedom as “being out of school on weekends and holidays.” If Caroline, 5, had her way, teachers could take a permanent holiday because she defines freedom as “playing all the time and eating what you want.” Gee, I wonder how long someone could survive on pizza, ice cream and chocolate cake? When America’s founding fathers signed the Declaration of Independence, they proclaimed that certain rights were inalienable. In other words, they believed these God-given rights superseded all government decrees. These non-negotiable rights include life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. “It’s something when George Washington and his men fought for you to be able to do what you want,” says Spencer, 7. “Like if someone told you to go to a certain church, you don’t have to go. Many Christian colonists came to America to escape religious persecution. Some kept running after they arrived. Roger Williams, a Baptist minister, fled Massachusetts in the dead of winter and settled Rhode Island. The state constitution he established provided a haven for all religious dissenters and a model for the framers of the U.S. Constitution. The idea of inalienable rights given by God permeates the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. The framers realized that a relationship with God is a matter of the conscience and heart, which no laws can coerce. “Freedom is having the right of speech,” says Laiton, 9. Yes, Laiton, the First Amendment to the Constitution guarantees the right to free speech, the right to assemble and freedom from the control of a state religion. When Jewish rulers forbade the apostles Peter and John to speak or teach in the name of Jesus, Peter and John said: “Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God, you judge. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.” (Acts 4:19-20) “God tries to give everyone a big life of freedom,” says Cody, 7. “We have freedom because God is the Holy One. God gave his only begotten Son to die on the cross.” Jesus submitted to unjust charges, beatings and crucifixion to bear our sins. After three days in the grave, he broke death’s grip forever for himself and for all who believe in him. Living in a free country means very little if you’re enslaved by substance abuse, lust, jealousy, anger, bitterness or guilt. Actually, the wonderful political freedoms we have in America are like a dim shadow compared to the true freedom Jesus offers. Paradoxically, spiritual freedom comes through declaring dependence not independence. Think about this: True freedom begins by believing in Jesus Christ and totally depending on him as your liberator from spiritual death. Only then can you break the old patterns of enslavement and experience the true freedom of his abundant life. Memorize this truth: “Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free.” (Galatians 5:1) Ask this question: Are you living in spiritual freedom or slavery? Planting a Tree

Wednesday, September 19th, 2007

By Robert Gettle Always begin with the best quality nursery stock. Spend a few dollars more to insure the future growth of your tree. A few dollars more investment will make a big difference in how sturdy your tree will be in a few years. Go to a reliable nursery or garden center. In your new tree you need to look for a strong straight trunk and well spaced branches. There should be no breakage or bruising of the bark. Your tree should have lush foliage with no sign of wilting, disease, or insect activity. Trees from nurseries come bare root in the spring. These trees are harvested in the fall, they over winter them then ship them out. Trees also come in 3 to7 gallon and even larger pots, fiber containers or boxes. Make sure your selected tree is not pot-bound , with it’s roots circling the inside of the pot. Look for white root tips just showing inside the pot this will ensure continued rapid growth. Most often you will find trees that have been balled wrapped in burlap. These trees are referred to as B&B trees. These trees are dug when they are still dormant and the roots are wrapped in burlap and tied with twine. Though this is a common custom, this can cause stress on the tree due to root loss as a good portion of the trees root may be lost. You must use extra care in storage and transportation with a balled and burlaped tree. Plant bare root trees as early as you can work the ground in the spring while they are still dormant. Container trees can be planted any time. They are best planted in the fall as this gives a head start on spring growth before summer heat arrives. Early spring and early fall are the best times to plant trees. This allows time for the roots to be established before very hot or very cold weather arrives. For all trees dig a hole two feet wider than the root ball. Make the hole only as deep as the root ball. Pile soil on a tarp if you are planting in an established lawn. Plant new trees in fertile soil that has very good drainage. Break all clods in the escavated soil. For sandy or gravely soil mix one third fertile loam with the backfill soil. At this time you should add organic matter to the backfill soil such as peat moss, manure, or compost. Before planting remove all plastic from the root ball and cut cords, burlap should be folded down, but can be left in the planting hole. Take a container out of it’s pot immediately before planting to avoid open air damage to it’s roots. If your container trees is at all pot bound you should take a sharp knife and score the sides of the root ball at 2to3 inch intervals around the root about 1/8 inch deep. This will cause the roots to grow outward. Set the tree in the planting hole Backfill with soil, tamping carefully to eliminate air pockets to about halfway up the root ball. Water well let the water soak in then finish backfilling. To encourage deep root growth it is a good idea to bury a piece of pvc pipe with the tree to the depth of the root ball. Water can be slow dripped in this pipe it will cause the tree to send down deep roots and not send up damaging surface roots. Watch the trees water supply carefully for the first year. In dry weather water at least once a week and sometimes more often. Robert Gettle bob@bobgettlelandscaping.com http://www.bobgettlelandscaping.com 25 years experience in landscaping. Training Requirements And Responsibilities Of Notary Publics

Saturday, September 15th, 2007

By Tom Sample Making the decision to get a new career or add on to an existing one is a great idea. But, for those who want to enter notary work, the road may be a little different from state to state. How to become a notary public in one locale may differ greatly with another. In general, a notary public is a person who has been appointed by state officials to witness document signings and conduct oaths. Legal documents that must be notarized, for example, and even wedding ceremonies typically fall into a notary’s realm of expertise. There can be a lot of other things that go along with the job as well. The types of documents a notary is authorized to witness will also very from state to state, but generally entail any documents that must be legally witnessed to ensure their proper execution. The notary acts as an impartial witness to identify signers and to help ferret out imposters. The notary also tries to make sure all parties have entered into an agreement willingly and with an understanding of what is going on. Many documents require a notary’s seal for them to be considered legally binding. Inasmuch, the notary is a valuable asset to a community, a bank or other business. Many notaries also choose to open up their own offices, charging reasonable rates for their work. Notaries are not lawyers, however. They are not meant to give legal advice or prepare documents. In fact, notaries are typically forbidden by law from preparing documents unless they happen to be a lawyer as well. Making the decision to become a notary and actually earning the seal are very different things. Most states will require notaries to undergo specialized training to help them in their eventual work. Remember, notaries wear many hats - from impartial witnesses in legal proceedings to the person performing a wedding ceremony - so solid training is a must. Once a person completes training, most states require the notary to be “appointed” by filling out an application and providing proof of bonding and other requirements. The states themselves generally supply only the appointment and specialized companies offer the rest for notaries. Applications are reviewed by the state and approved fairly quickly if all paperwork is in order. Those wanting to undergo proper training for notary work should check their individual state requirements. There are courses offered, actual schools and even online locations where training can be provided. What is accepted by one state as proper training may not be accepted by another, however, so do check requirements before pursuing course work. The work of a notary is generally not very difficult although dealing with people in a number of different circumstances will require some skill. The value of a notary for a community, company and even for creating a personal business is great. The work can be fun and rewarding and the services provided are always appreciated and needed. The road to becoming a notary public may be a little unique in each state, but the value of the service is not. #1 Resource Notary Public resources http://www.notarypublichelp.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Tom_Sample http://EzineArticles.com/?Training-Requirements-And-Responsibilities-Of-Notary-Publics&id=155683 propecia compare buy buy propecia for less buy finasteride usa pharmacy propecia without a prescription finasteride pharmacy online
